Card Swag provides hats and accessories designed for everyday use. We do not guarantee the protection, preservation, or safety of any trading cards or personal items stored in or displayed with our products. You are solely responsible for how you use and carry your cards.

By inserting, removing, or handling any trading card in a Card Swag hat, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they assume all risk related to potential card damage. Card Swag is not responsible for any bending, creasing, scratching, or other damage that may occur to the card during use of the hat pocket.

Card Swag is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of trading cards or personal property. We are also not responsible for any injuries, harm, or incidents that occur while wearing or using our products, including situations involving theft, attempted theft, or robbery.

All purchases must be made by individuals 18 years or older. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these terms at any time.

Use of our website and products is at your own risk. By purchasing from Card Swag, you release Card Swag, its owners, and affiliates from any claims related to product use, card loss, or personal safety.

Warranty / Guarantee Statement

Card Swag products are made with care and attention to detail. We guarantee that your hat will arrive free from manufacturing defects.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Damage to trading cards stored in the hat
  • Loss, theft, or deterioration of cards or personal items
  • Incidents involving injury or unsafe situations

If your hat arrives defective, contact us at support@card-swag.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

Safety Disclaimer

Card Swag hats are designed for casual, everyday wear. They are not protective gear and do not prevent theft, damage, or loss of trading cards or personal items.

Carrying or displaying valuable trading cards may attract unwanted attention. Card Swag is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or dangerous situations that occur while wearing or using our products, including robbery or attempted robbery.

Use your best judgment when carrying valuable items. By using Card Swag products, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with how and where you carry your cards.

All product photos are real photographs taken in‑house. Some images may have been enhanced or refined using AI editing tools for lighting and presentation consistency.
